Edit my review. First my windows are absolutely amazing. The people who put them in (dewy and his sons) were professional and amazing. If you saw my last review you read just how bad our sliding door install went. Turns out champion wasn’t in the knowledge of who was actually doing our install till our review and the guy just decided to do it all on his own knowing he’s never done a door before. I do not recommend letting their measure guy in your house if he says he’s there for an install.

Champion has made our door right. The original guy didn’t frame it and since it was a Low bearing wall it needed the frame on top which was causing the bowing to the frame. Any actual installer of champions would have known that. They had sent dewy and his son back a week after the first installer and he fixed everything he could and they are replacing the damage doors. Our door looks exactly like wanted. We are so happy about it!

My only issue is we have to wait another 6 to 12 weeks to fix the cracks and scratches with our doors when these damages wouldn’t have happened if it was installed by the correct people.

Overall Champion has done good making it right over our situation and I’m glad to know just how amazing their team and warranty is. Our project manger Courtney was a dream to work with she made every step of the way after all the problems came much easier and explained exactly what had happened and made it right for us.

Now their sales rep? Don’t recommend ever taking to them after you sign if you get Austin was begging us to review him and then once we did he fell off the face of their earth when we were told he was the person to reach out to before our door got installed. I know this isn’t practice because my family members had another sales rep who even showed up to an install to make it right when a problem arose. If you get Austin I recommend you request anyone else because he is just in it for the review and expects you to answer right then and their when he text or calls but then won’t respond to you at all even if it’s important.

Roger, our salesman was very knowledgeable about gutters and answers our questions. He is wonderful.

David came out to our rental to quote us for replacement windows. I had planned on getting other estimates, but liked the lifetime warranty on windows so signed up on the spot.

Chad was on time. Did an excellent job explaining and showing us the Leafguard product. He took his time and made sure we understood everything. Service was provided the next day.

Bernard is a wonderful person he did a very great job he was fantastic worker, treated my house with great respect cleaned up as if it was his own house..

Garen Casey is top notch!!! He was fantastic to deal with and super educated on all the ins and outs. I highly recommend!!! Thank you Garen!!!

Took care of a tree damaged gutter very quickly

Trystan came out and helped set us up with a new walk in shower. Ryan came and did the install and did an amazing job! Would recommend Trystan and Your Home Improvement Company!
