This is our second opportunity to work with Champion. They did our original screened in porch and when we decided to upgrade we came back to Champion. Our appointment with Dimitri went extremely well. He was very thorough in explaining the options and the process for the upgrade. The best part was the pricing. Had 4 different companies quote windows and doors, although champion was not the cheapest they had the best warranty and seems like better made windows and doors so I went with them.
Serge did a bathroom demolition and built a walk in shower that is breathtaking. He was fast, professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable.
We had Isaiah come out to our house for an estimate on windows and doors. He was very knowledgeable in the products he was showing us and made sure we were comfortable with the options we were picking. We never felt rushed or pressured and it was an overall good experience. Would recommend Champion Windows to anyone looking for quality windows or doors.
Dan Phillips was awesome! He was punctual, friendly, patient and eager to answer any questions we had. He was well versed and was very informative of the product. He knew everything about the product and wasn’t a hard sell. I can’t say that I would recommend your product before installation (that will come later). As far as our sales representative, we could not be happier with Dan Phillips, and could not have asked for a better sales person. We would gladly refer him to any future clients.
Drew did a fantastic job listening to our wants and needs about our expectations for leaf management systems. He spent time getting to know us. He told us how long he would take to survey our outside so he could give us a fair estimate. We were happy with our quote and look forward to installation next week! Thanks Drew!
