Very pleasant man met with us and setup a purchase of a storm door and a large window. All of our other windows and a sun room were done with the same friendly work, some years ago!
The sales person was very pleasant and direct. He showed samples of the windows and gave a great presentation. The main thing was the quality of the product which was great. And the discount offer was good.
We had a sunroom added to our existing covered patio and an extended new covered patio. Everyone that we dealt with was very professional and caring. They communicated from start to finish. Our Installers Mike and Wayne were awesome. Very respectful of our property and cleaned up as they completed a task. Very patient with all our questions. We highly recommend Champion from the Salesman, Sales Manager, Install Manager, Office Manager to the Concrete Installation they were all a pleasure to deal with.

These folks are great! From Antoine (sales) to Travis (the installer). Window delivery was within the forecast time, Kara in the office was polite and detailed on what to expect and Travis OMG, TRAVIS! He showed up on time worked around the anticipation of rain, had 8 old windows out and new ones in BY HIMSELF in less than 8 hours total! Good Luck If you go elsewhere (but WHY? Duh)
Sales rep was punctual which is a great start. He was kind, thoughtful and incredibly knowledgeable. We did not feel pressured to enter into an agreed for which we were not comfortable. He was able to answer all our question and we are confident we made the right decisions
