We bought all windows for a previous house and now we are buying windows from Champion again for a rental property and our primary residence. From the moment I called to inquire about an entry door I wanted to replace, they made me feel they wanted to understand why and not just to make a sell. The scheduling process was quick and within a week I had Mo taking measurements, listening to my concerns, showing me their options, recommending outside of their options and allowing me to make my decisions based on what I felt was what I wanted and needed. I appreciate the very professional and friendly service from Mo and look forward to the same experience from the installers and anyone I will be communicating with to get the project started.
