Installation team was great. They came early and prepared and explained what would be removed/replaced and quoted a time frame for completion, which was met. Upon inspection, I asked about a missing screen and they acknowledged that a screen should have been provided and they followed up with Frank, who called to confirm the following day. The windows look great and look how I expected. The crew cleaned up as is advertised, and I saw no evidence of glass or materials left behind. The crew was also respectful and professional. A little disappointing that the screen was apparently not ordered and will take 4-6 weeks to arrive. This keeps me from being confident in leaving the sliding window open for ventilation, which was the purpose of this window’s replacement. Otherwise, things went great. Overall customer service and product is fantastic.

John did a super job. He arrived right on time and a stellar job of explaining my window options. Also did a great job of explaining the financing process. He was a pleasure to work with and there was no high pressure at all.
Kevin came out to our home and was AMAZING! He walked us through all the options and listened to our concerns and also our needs. We are looking forward to the new windows!
