Our Salesman was great. He took the time to talk about what Champion had to offer and which products we were interested in. He then showed us the types of windows on the market and explained the differences of each type. The appointment was well worth the time it took.

OK, an update: after speaking with the project manager, we had a repair team out to our home the very next day to repair the leak. They found that the shower head was defective and immediately went out and found a new one and came back to install it. In THAT regard, their customer service is clearly very good. I still have a problem with the linen closet issue. Had it been me, and I had received notice that the pegs for the shelves were not with the linen closet, I would have ordered them immediately (which he did) and then after receiving a second call, I would NOT have told this customer that I did not know where the pegs were, could not contact the manufacturer and had no idea of when they would be in. I would have found out, one way or another – ask one of my installers – what type and size of peg or clip was necessary and either got those out to the customer or told him where he could purchase them himself and then reimburse him. THAT is what should have happened. That said, we are very pleased with the quality of the tub, shower equipment, faucets, flooring and with the installation and the friendliness of the installers.
AFTER FURTHER REVIEW: AFTER SAYING ALL OF THOSE NICE THINGS (below in small print) ABOUT THIS COMPANY, MY EXPERIENCE AFTER INSTALLATION HAS BEEN LESS THAN GOOD. THE BIG LINEN CABINET THEY INSTALLED CAME WITHOUT ANY CLIPS TO BE ABLE TO PUT IN THE SHELVES. THE INSTALLER SAID THEY WOULD BE AT MY HOME IN A COUPLE OF DAYS. THEY WERE NOT. I CALLED THE COMPANY AND WAS TOLD THAT THEY ARE ON ORDER AND THAT THEY WOULD GET THEM AND DRIVE THEM TO MY HOME. TODAY, NO CLIPS FOR THE SHELVES SO I CALLED AGAIN AND THERE ARE NO CLIPS AND NO IDEA OF WHERE THEY MIGHT BE. SO I HAVE HAD TO PURCHASE MY OWN CLIPS TO BE ABLE TO USE THE LINEN CABINET. THERE IS A LEAK IN MY SHOWER ASSEMBLY WHICH I WILL ATTEMPT TO TIGHTEN TO STOP THAT LEAK. ALSO, THERE WAS NO CAULKING BETWEEN THE SPLASH GUARD AND THE TOP OF MY VANITY WHICH I DID MYSELF. ALL OF THIS AFTER THEY COULD NOT GIVE ME A START DATE BECAUSE THEY WANTED TO BE ABSOLUTELY SURE THAT ALL THE PARTS WERE IN AND IN GOOD CONDITION. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE NEEDS A LOT OF WORK. THE INSTALLERS THEMSELVES WERE VERY NICE AND COOPERATIVE SO IT IS THE COMPANY FOR WHICH THEY WORK THAT IS THE PROBLEM.
We just had our bathroom off of our bedroom redone by The Bath Authority. Due to the severe weather, the start date was moved back one day but the installers said they could get the whole job completed in two days. They arrived early the next day, and went immediately to work. They were very careful to make sure cars, rugs, furniture was out of the way, put down cloths and firm protective materials to cover our floors and carpeting. They then went to work and were able to get a new bathtub installs, the wall surrounding the tub, two new bathroom cabinets, and a linen cabinet plus a new floor installed before they left our house. The next day, they arrived early and finished the job. They cleaned up, made sure all was good, had us inspect the bathroom, answered all of our questions, made sure that we call him any time and he could come out to check out any problems. We could not be happier with the job the two installers did and we are very pleased with the quality and good looks of the products they installed. I can say with absolute certainty that anyone will be very happy with the products offered and the installation of those products as well as The Bath Authority. By the way, calls to their main office get returned the same day if they are not available when you call. My wife and I made the right decision by going with The Bath Authority.
