Spencer Smith, a representative, came to our home to give us an estimate on rescreening our back porch. He was very courteous and personable and was not in the least bit hurried. He spent a good deal of time with us going over all the possibilities of what we could do. He offered some ideas, beyond just the screening, that we had not previously considered. He showed us some examples of similar projects. He was very thorough, explaining warranties and details, and worked up estimates for three or four directions to take. We were extremely impressed with him. We are still in the stages of getting other estimates.

Champion’s sales rep (Lloyd) was on time and very knowledgeable about the product.
