The crew (third party) that did the work was a pleasure to work with. In the span of a 1-1/2 days they had the old siding torn down and the new installed. Cleanup was well done save for the miscellaneous screws / finishing nails we are finding (not blaming them, the grass was tall still and it was super easy to miss).

As for the price, I cannot say either way as this was the only bid we got.
