Great group of people to work with. Did a good job putting in block windows in our basement! Looks really nice, but they needed to come back out to finish the job due to the inclement weather. We can feel the difference of temperature in our basement and our wooden floors upstairs! Also had two new screen doors added to our front and side doors! Now the first picture is the unfinished version and the second picture is the finished version! HUGE DIFFERENCE!

The work they did was fantastic. I had new doors put in and it only took 2 days. I liked that I was able to finance the project, but it did cost a lot of money.

So far our experience has been great! Our salesman Ian was awesome and very helpful. The installation crew were very polite and knowledgeable. The installation went quickly. Such a great improvement to our home. Very nice high quality windows! Thank you Champion!

Eric was great he explained everything so you can understand it. WE were told that is would take 10 to 12 weeks but we received the windows in 4 which was great. I was contacted that Andy and his crew would be on Thursday the 23 to install and they were they did an outstanding job very professional and a great bunch of people to work with. The whole team from Eric to Andy’s crew did an outstanding job Thank You.

Chris Stebbins was excellent. Good humored and informative. Real professional!

Gilbert stopped by and was very professional and very knowledgeable about the product. He was able to walk me through the whole process from start to finish, options available and financing. He provided recommendations that I didn’t think about and heard me out on what my thoughts were on different ways to work downspouts and runoff.

Dre Davis was excellent to work with. He was well prepared for every question I had and had covered it before I even asked 🥰 He made a purchase I was stressing over simple and ran through all my options with me.

The windows were ready before the date promised even. The installer was great. I cannot remember his name but he arrived on time and the windows look wonderful.

Excellent experience and the kept us well informed throughout the process too. I never had a moment that I wondered where we were.
