I love my new walk in bathtub. But, I wish I had known to get a larger water heater tank before they installed the walk-in tub. Because now I have to get a new water heater, which is an additional expense and I would’ve known to prepare better. The gentleman who came to install it was very very knowledgeable did an excellent job and in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend Bath Authority, but make sure you do your research first. You will need to have at least a 75 gallon water heater tank.
Second time using Universal. Basement windows last fall, very satisfied. 11 main floor windows yesterday. Raul and his team were incredible; arrival time was set between 0800-1000; they arrived at 0800 sharp and ready to roll and just over 4 hrs the project was complete. They were knowledgeable, friendly, fast and cleaned up all the mess!! It was 96 degrees outside as well! Thank you Raul and your guys, much appreciated!!!

John Henkel drove over an hour all the way out to my house and was very nice. He did not pressure me into buying anything more than I needed. He was very friendly with my big dog too. I highly recommend this company, specially John, for any window or door replacements. I will be a returning customer

I enjoyed doing business with him. Should I need future work from champion, he will definitely be the one I call. I highly recommend you do the same.
