I am only giving 4 stars because an inexperienced crew was initially sent to do the work and that caused a number of delays and difficulties with installation. Thankfully, Champion rectified the problem by sending a highly trained/skilled gentleman (Ron Garland) to finalize the project. Mr. Garland saved the day!! In spite of the less-than-ideal start of the project, I would still definitely recommend Champion Windows to friends and neighbors!!
