Installed the windows fast and efficiently. Was disappointed that the first delivery was cancelled 20 minutes before they were supposed to arrive. But they got it done the following week.

I found K-Designers at the recent Home & Garden show in Portland. Teresa Hansen from K-Designers visited us for a free consultation and walked me through their process and explained their unique product and service features that were very enticing. They have a GREAT Product and their Life-time warranty that speaks to their high quality. Teresa patiently addressed all my questions and was kind and friendly. It’s amazing how they can generate the price-quote immediately to enable decision making.

We are very happy with the finished product. The installer did a fabulous job and cleaned up everything nicely. They worked very hard to finish in 4 days as my spouse had to start night shift. There was some confusion and miscommunication in the finalizing of the whole project but K-Designers made it right and once all the supplies showed up Mitch and his helper completed it quickly.

Easy to work with. I have used UWD in the past and their customer service has remained excellant. I chose to have half of the windows quoted installed, but was given 2 years to have the others installed at the quoted price. The installers were on time and professional. They took extra care to ensure the awning that had to be removed was reinstalled after the window install.

I conveniently booked an appointment with Champion on their website. Terry arrived at my house on time. As we visited about my new door entry way replacement, Terry started earning my trust because he did not pressure me to buy anything and because he was very knowledgeable. He was not aggressive toward me. We just calmly visited and worked our way through my shared needs and concerns about the door entry way replacement.
Terry also explained the engineering behind the construction of the door entry way which put me at ease. And he helped hold down the cost for me so that I could afford the new door entry way replacement.

In summary, and to my amazement, Terry met my high expectations on all fronts. He provided fantastic costumer service – which is hard to get these days. And he showed me that he wanted to help me.

I have had all my windows replaced with champion windows. Juan and Angel did a terrific job replacing the windows. Left the house clean. Jeff has been very helpful during the process keeping me informed.
