Twinsburg, OH (August 10, 2026) – Qualified Remodeler, a leading publication serving remodelers and home improvement companies in the U.S., has ranked Great Day Improvements as the No. 4 on its 48th annual TOP 500 remodelers of 2026. Since 1978, the QR TOP 500 has tracked the industry’s largest and fastest growing companies. In 2026, the TOP 500 represented about $26.9 billion in remodeling sales volume. Replacement and home improvement companies represented $19.4 billion, or nearly 72 percent of the total.
Great Day Improvements was chosen as a 2026 TOP 500 remodeler by the Qualified Remodeler editorial staff for meeting a set of criteria including installed remodeling dollar volume, total years in business, industry association membership, industry certification, industry awards and community service.
Technology was a defining element of this year’s list. Companies throughout the Top 500 report using AI and advanced software to accelerate speed-to-lead, automate follow-up, analyze sales calls, prepare estimates, create scopes of work, schedule production and communicate with customers.
