I can’t be happier with Greg Douglas and his crew that installed our windows today. They got here at 8:30 AM and replaced all 4 of my windows in under 4 hours. They were very clean, vacuuming after the replacement of each window.

He was awesome. He explained everything so that I understood it. He took his time and let me ask as many questions as I wanted. I would recommend him to everyone.

I had my patio screened in. After years of thinking about this improvement I decided to reach out to Champion. It may have cost a little more than if I hired a Handy Man but it was worth it not to have the hassle of hiring someone who like so many other things would never complete the job and I would end up having materials laying in the yard forever until I finished the job myself. Like I was hoping Champion came out and worked with me on the pricing, financing and finding a plan that made this upgrade possible. The crew came a week or so later. They brought the materials they needed as the job progressed and in a couple days I had a screened in porch that looks very nice. All my concerns were addressed and from start to finish the people were professional, let me know what to expect and showed up when they said they would. They even tolerated my dogs stopping once or twice to throw a ball for them. I am very pleased with my decision to screen this porch in and to trust it to a company who I knew would be professional and do the job right.
Our salesman was Cade. He was very knowledgeable about the windows and products. Very well mannered and showed up on time. I would recommend him to anyone. Our decision on the project does not at all relate to him. The amount of dollars is a huge step back right now for the 2 of us.
