Awesome group of people very friendly, and professional. Christina was extremely knowledgeable and personable.
We had a shower install, and could NOT BE HAPPIER! The whole experience went without a glitch, starting with the initial contact that we made with Annette. She was so very helpful and able to answer all of our questions. She scheduled an appointment for us to meet with RJ, which was beyond great! He went over all the aspects of the install and the options that were available to us. He was thorough and didn’t leave us with any questions that were unanswered. He has a calming, honest and trustworthy personality and is definitely an asset to the company and its position in our community.
Michael came to do a final measurement and put the order in. He was thorough and gave us no doubt that his part of the process was going to be done with the best of his ability. ( And that was a fact)
On installation day, he even dropped in to check out the progress.
That brings us to installation day. Sean and Bryant are one heck of a team!! Each of them seemed to know what the other one needed before there was a request. They were respectful of our home, conscious of cleanliness at all times, and all business. I have been in the world of retail for almost 60 years, and I recognize great employees when I see them. People like this don’t work for a poorly run company. It speaks volumes to me.
I would refer this company and these people to anyone I know. And because of that, we have a couple referrals in the works.

First I must say that I had a tremendous experience with Chris Eberhardt of Universal Windows :he’s one of the window specialist that represents ; Universal Windows Direct, that visited my home today. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain all of the options clearly. I really appreciated his patience and honesty while answering my questions. He made the whole process comfortable and stress-free, and I never felt pressured. Excellent customer service and a very pleasant interaction overall. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for quality windows and helpful guidance.
