Brent Jaramillo the sale representative was polite and professional. He was transparent about the company and the product. He listened to my concerns and answered my questions. Unfortunately he wasn’t able to negotiate pricing within our budget point. I felt a little pressured at the end when pricing was only good for the day. If you get a quote I feel it should be good for longer than a day.

Brent J was very polite and professional. Was very honest with us about the quality and pricing of the windows. Going over warranty and comparing and contrasting other warranties was very straightforward and transparent.

Good explanation on the windows overall good job!

We’ve been Champion customers for well over 25 years, using them for two different houses during that time for both sunrooms and windows. They have always stood behind their warranty when the time came to replace a window where we’ve experienced a seal failure . We recently had a seal failure on a larger picture window mounted high on a wall of windows. Muttaher in the Atlanta office was excellent in coordinating replacement of this window for us. The window was replaced by the service techs the first time, and we experienced a stress crack after installation. All I had to do was call Muttaher again, and there was no problem with replacing the window again. Muttaher and the service techs are a valuable asset to Champion Windows and their customers and have always been pleasant and willing to address our needs.

Tara was very friendly and totally understood my situation. I just need a moment to hash this expense over in my head. I have excellent credit score and don’t want to sign anything that I cannot handle down the road.

Dre Davis was a phenomenal representative for Champion. He took his time to build a sunroom project out with us and made it affordable for our budget. My wife and i each have been in sales for over 50 years, and we are confident in saying that Dre was the best representative weve encountered. we are excited for our porch enclosure and we recommend Dre to anyone looking for a sunroom or other champion products in thia area!
