Had a great experience ordering my new replacement windows thru Champion. Luke Hernandez was the sales rep who came out to my house to discuss the new windows. He was right on time, which I really appreciated. He gave an excellent presentation and was able to answer all of my questions to my satisfaction. Even though I had read up on Champion windows before the appointment, Luke managed to provide even more information that was extremely helpful. I came away from our meeting feeling that I had an excellent understanding of what windows I wanted to get and how I expected them to perform. Excited to get my new windows!

Giovanni was very pleasant, not pushy. Explained everything thing and answered all our questions. He also got us quote for the next 2 years.

Champion did an amazing job on my new sunroom! I had a small concrete patio that they enclosed with two sliding doors with screens and a sliding side window. It only took two days to install. The two installers were very professional, friendly and cleaned up after. It was more expensive for me because of the double pane sliding doors and window but it’s much easier and it looks beautiful! Highly recommend Champion!

Quality product and truly excellent installation

Chong Lee came out to our house and he did an excellent job. He was very knowledgeable and explained the benefits of their windows and the warranty. The presentation was thorough and enjoyable. He also advocated for us in pricing.

My husband, Alan & I researched several companies and interviewed three. Sales rep for Universal Windows Direct, Kim Cohen, was honest and knowledgable. Staff kept us up to date on the building process. The install team was courteous and worked well together to complete our job. We believe a great investment in our home.
