I had about 27 feet of gutters that I wanted to replace with Leafguard over some new fir tree saplings in my yard. Although the saplings are only about 2 feet now, in 5 years they should be about 6 feet tall. I wanted to put gutters over them that don’t have to be maintained in the future when they are mature. Barry Maloney came out from the Alcoa, TN, office to look at the situation. My house was built in 1950. The gutters that were on the house were installed about 18 years ago. With all the rain we get in Tennessee, there was some pulling-away of the old gutters and water was running down behind them causing damage to the wood facia behind them. Barry took measurements of the whole house gutter system and showed me photos of how everything was now looking in 2026. He told me that the Leafguard people would replace any of the rotting boards behind the gutters and install a system that would snug-up against the house so that no water could run behind them. For about 160 linear feet, it was a LOT of money. But, nothing is cheap in this economy, and it would not be any cheaper next year or 2 years from now. So, I agreed to have the Leafguard gutters installed. The installers wanted to come the next day, but I requested they come the following day from Alcoa. It took them about 4 1/2 hours to do the installation. It looks very nice. They carried off the old gutters and cleaned up their work area. I think we did this just in time. We are starting the rainy spring season in Tennessee, and these gutters will be tested very soon. Everyone I came in contact with was professional and friendly. I would recommend Leafguard to anyone who is contemplating a new gutter system for their home.

Brian Robinson, was very detailed we going over the issues with my new LGI . He showed me the water issues with my home after moving in. If he had not shown me I would have water problems down the line like foundation problems, roof and attic. Brian brought to my attention infront of my drive way where I have cracking occuring, water trenching getting to my soft pan and my siding is buckling on my property, I will infrom my neighbor about these LGI homes.
