The initial contact with Champion Windows was with Michael. I let him know I have heard the presentation once before. The presentation was directed more at questions I had about the product. Most of the conversation after taking measurements was choosing options for window types and color. Once I received an estimate for the requested windows I decided to go with what I could pay for now. Michael was flexible enough to then start filling out the documents and sort them all for me.
Michael filled me in on the next steps after the initial visit. I would receive a follow-up from a particular Champion Windows staff member to continue the process. The next step was to have someone come out to measure the outside windows. The following step will have the windows scheduled for installation. I was given information on each point where I was to make payments. My initial point of contact also made himself available for questions, if need be.

The installers (Gabe and Luis M) were prompt, polite and very skilled. We are so pleased with the clean lines on our house. What a difference!

Was visited again by factory rep Roy Stewart who provided very good information regarding front door options. The options were extremely varied and he helped me choose an appropriate door. I remain grateful for his assistance.

I had Luke for my appointment and he was very honest and sincere, showed us comparisons of different materials from Champion and other companies with transparency and worked really hard to give us a good deal being retired veterans. Looking forward to our room being built.

Kevin and Andre knocked it out of the park with their beautiful work and even did it on a weekend within days of our call! We couldn’t be happier.
