Th whole process was easy and straightforward from the initial consult to the install was about 3 weeks. My only complaint is the first day of install we had rain in the area and I was not called and notified they would not be out until the next day. Took me two calls to customer service after waiting all morning to find out what was going on. They did come the very next day and finished the entire install. Windows look great! Not the cheapest replacement windows, but not the most expensive either, the quality and warranty are great!

Our service tech was super nice and did a great job installing the new glass on our front window.
