Window and Sliding glass door replacement – FYI I did try to get you to resolve this before posting the review. I told you both verbally and in an email that I was not happy with the level of customer service I received. I was somewhat ignored in the email and only offered a slight alteration for the poor service. You are lucky to get a four star. That is only because the lady I did end of speaking to was nice the gentleman who came out to replace the installed broken window went above and beyond.

Will & Jamie we’re great. They explained everything and showed comparisons between other companies and Champion. They were very informative and helped my wife and I pick out what would be best for our house and patio area. I can’t say enough on how patient they were so we could decide doing business with them and Champion. I would recommend both these gentlemen and doing business with them and Champion in the future.

Great sales and customer service from Collin! Excited for our new windows

Tony was very thorough when explaining everything to us about the windows and showed us some comparisons of different windows and showed us why their windows work the best, he checked up on us after the job was done and came right over when we told him we had a few things that needed to be fixed and got the problem addressed immediately. I was impressed with how the inside of my house improved right away, my house stayed warmer when it was cold and is staying cool with this heat wave we are having. I would recommend Tony and your home improvement company to anyone who is wanting ti upgrade their windows with some high quality windows.
