Installation day was great my installer was super nice explain to me how everything was going to go approximately how long would take and any questions I had he answered. Thank you.

I recently decided to replace the original windows in my home, which was built in 1968. I requested a quote from Champion Windows. Their sales rep, Mary Baker, did a really great job of understanding my needs and creating a relevant proposal and working to get the best cost for what I needed. She listened to my questions/concerns and provided good answers. I also really liked the demonstration of the energy efficiencies that I can expect after the windows are installed. I also appreciated the support from Susan Creger at their office to work around my complicated schedule for the remeasure appointment. So far this has been a great experience. The custom windows are being built now and I hope to have them installed in a few months.

The guys arrived on time, the flashing looks so much better than what the box store guys did years ago. Windows look great.

One issue. The solvent, cleaner or caulking used left a strong odor in the house.

The crew showed up early,was very friendly. Put down drapes inside my house to catch any debris. Cleaned up all of the garbage after the old windows were out. They worked very efficiently. I was impressed with how quickly a 2 man crew could install 3 windows and an oversized sliding door. Highly recommend Universal Windows. They are very polite,customer friendly,communication is professional and my product came as promised after 6 weeks. I love my new windows

The sales rep Wayson who came to my house was very easy to work with. The 2 men who installed my windows and doors did an excellent job. I really appreciate that they cleaned up everything and took all the old ones. My new windows and doors are beautiful and work so easy. So glad I went with Champion for my new windows and doors.
