Again we had questions and Mike put us at ease. Sherry in customer service assisted us with our payment questions. Our windows arrived about 4 weeks later. Installer Joe and his team were able to remove old windows, install new windows, do a thorough cleaning and cleanup, and allow us to inspect and ask any questions. Afterwards customer service reached out to make sure we were satisfied with everything, which we were. We felt it was important to make this investment in our home for now and in the future. Champion Windows are high quality products along with top tier service!!
