I was hit by the winter storm and my Aluminum patio cover collapsed. The soffit was damaged from the collapse. Spencer Smith was extremely helpful and very understanding of the urgency of my situation and got my issue resolved and expedited for the work to get done in a very timely manner. That was a very big weight off my shoulders. Very happy with Spencer working very hard to help out with my situation. The only negative thing I can say is once they removed the debris from the collapse patio cover is the clean up after it was removed from my property. There were leaves and dirt that was left and found alot of screws and nails within the leaves and dirt. I wound have had them come back to clean up, but it was going to rain and it needed to be cleaned up, so I did it.
