Brady Wallace was our Salesperson and he did a fantastic job.
Windows turned out good, only drawback was it took 4 attempts to finally get them all installed. Windows were measured on 4 different times to get them to fit correctly. The communication about what the status of our installation was lacking due to an employee not following up on progress of windows being ready or getting rebuilt due to mismeasurement issues. Once this was corrected, replaced the employee (Austin) not doing their job properly, Alexis kept us up to date with windows progress. Dustin was our last installer to get them put in and he did a terrific job.
Brian Hagen was here today and did a fantastic job of showing me windows and I do recommend this company. I am using them!
They have replsced my windows. They were timely, clean, efficient and friendly. They did a wonderful job. I love the windows so much that I haven’t put my blinds back up. I just like being able to look out the new windows. These are only 3 of the windows. I had old wood eindows that were rotted out anf the replaced the ugly frames. Thank you for a great experiece.
Met with Rich and it was a very wonderful experience. He gave us all of the information up front and he himself was very knowledgeable on the products being sold; he was able to answer every question with correct and up to date information and had no gimmicks. The samples being brought out and being able to see in real time the difference between their products and other products was astonishing. Would 100000% recommend Rich with Champion Windows.

Mitch did a great job! When he had previously re-screened the sliding screen door, he noticed that the original screen door was installed upside down. We had not noticed! He cared enough to bring this to our attention and got the parts and made sure it was done as it should have been done when original door was put in.
He showed up on time and was very professional and did a fantastic job!
Cade was very professional. He was able to answer all of our questions.
Right from the start this company (Champion Windows) Brent J. was professional and courteous. We have had Champions Windows prior to today so Brent gave us the new news on the product. He gave us everything we needed to seal the deal for 5 replacement windows.
I’m very happy that I got to work with champion even though it didn’t work out in the financing I will oh yeah thank you
