Contacting and picking a time for a rep to come talk about Champion windows was very easy. Our rep was Terry and he could not have been nicer. Terry was well informed and answered all our questions. Making the decision to replace our windows as well as placing vinyl siding on out house was easy. We can’t wait to see the transformation of our house.
Installer did a great job, very dedicated in his work. Very polite, and did not leave anything out of order!
Courtney was very knowledgable on the competitive differences between Champion Window and other brands. She did a good job demonstrating the value of the product. Courtney also was able to the project cost to better fit our financial objectives. Only suggestion is for Champion to give prospects an idea as to the time it would take for the assessment and product demo prior to the visit.
