My one complaint/observation is Champion Windows has no computer program and Russell had to do a myriad of paperwork by hand, which to me seemed a little extreme and a waste of time for the whole process!
Champion, come into the 21st century and get a computer program for data entry! Russell is a great salesperson and should be left to sales, not paperwork!!!
