Our Process

Every home is unique and we approach every project as such. One of our main goals is to always put our customers first. Serving our customers and helping them achieve their vision is of the upmost importance to everyone on the Great Day Improvements team.

Our process is quite simple: your home, your project, your way, from beginning to end.

In-Home Consultation

Every one of our projects starts with a free, no obligation, in-home design consultation with one of our experts. This first interaction is important since it sets up the project for success. Your project will be custom designed to your unique needs and budget so there are numerous variables that need to be considered early on in the process at this first meeting. The discussion at this consultation will assist your design consultant in quoting you an accurate price. Your design consultant will assess the building space, ask numerous questions to recommend the right product for you and develop a personalized plan for your unique project.

While at your home, your on hand consultant will:

  • Ask questions to understand your needs and wants for your project
  • Assess your space and take measurements if needed
  • Explain the variety of products and styles that Great Day Improvements offers
  • Provide samples of our products for you to touch, feel and see for yourself so you can access the quality of our products
  • Make recommendations about products that suit your needs
  • Provide you with an estimate for your unique project

The job of our experienced design consultants doesn't stop there. They will also manage every aspect of your project to help ensure it fits your budgets and meets all of your needs. They are integral to your project's success.

Cost and Financing

Since each project we work on is different, we don't give estimates over the phone. Our goal is to get you the best, most fair, price for your project and in order to do this we need to see what you are working with in terms of space, budget, existing foundation, etc. We will also ask you some very important questions. Our design consultatants consider many variables and factors when quoting you a price. These questions will vary based on the project that you have in mind. In order to make the most of this consultation, take some time to decide what you want before your appointment. The more prepared you are, the better we can quote your dream project.

Based on your project’s scope, your design consultant will then recommend the right product to fit your unique home, lifestyle and budget. Great Day Improvements understands the financial demands that we all face in today’s economy. This is why we offer several financing options. Our ultimate goal is to help make your dream a reality. Ask your Design Consultant for details or view our financing section for further information on available options.

Installation & Manufacturing Process

The installation and manufacturing process will vary based on the specific product(s) being purchased. We aim to provide our customers with the highest quality products and services available on the market. We manufacture a great deal of our own products in-house, including all of our Patio Enclosures products and Stanek Windows.

Most of our projects will go through three phases of construction:

  1. Pre-build includes: detailed site measurements, building permits (if applicable), site preparation and ordering of materials)
  2. Manufacturing and delivery of all products to project site
  3. Installation

Our team of qualified, factory-trained professionals will keep you informed every step of the way. We aim to provide you with 100% quality workmanship. Your home improvement project is installed to our rigorous standards and guidelines.

Warranty & Service

Warranty terms and conditions will vary based on the type of product or service purchased. When you purchase a home improvement product or service from Great Day Improvements, you will receive personalized service before, during and after your project has been completed.
